To use it flip open the hinged lid, adjust the width of the cut you want, put the fruit or vegetable in the Spiralfix Spiral Slicer, then flip the lid closed and slice by turning the top handle while gently pressing down.  The Julienne or slices collect in the container below.

 

The Spiral Slicer Spiralfix cuts efficiently with 2 stainless steel blades. These 2 hardened stainless steel blades cut with very little waste.

 

Use the Spiral Slicer Spiralfix  to cut 3mm, 6mm, 12mm or ribbon cuts by turning the knob.
